Sharing is caring: Springmeyer wants to be a source of information for customers

Hillsboro resident Wilhelmina Springmeyer is new to the Jefferson County real estate scene, but is already establishing herself there.

The Nevada native, a skilled rider, has a marketing degree and extensive experience in hospitality, communications, business development and digital marketing.

“I had a corporate sales job, and it was really tough during the pandemic, very stressful,” she said. “Expanding into real estate is proving to be an exciting adventure and one of the best decisions of my life.”

It was the process of buying her own home that prompted her to refocus her career.

She said she and her boyfriend were new to the home buying process, and this experience showed her how an informed and helpful agent can make things happen more smoothly.

“That’s really what propelled me into real estate. “

Since obtaining her real estate agent license in April, Springmeyer has worked with Wright Living Real Estate in Crystal City.

“When I first became an agent, my mentor was a long-time agent and she showed me how much marketing and real estate are alike,” she said. “I do my best to educate. I want the person to be happy with the matter and they can’t be happy if they don’t understand everything.

Springmeyer said it offers a performance guarantee.

“I have several programs available for sellers and buyers,” she said. “They are designed to best serve the interests of the client.

“It’s about taking care of your customer, building trust and relationships. It’s a long-term game. There is no single transaction.
