BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Florida real estate market on the Space Coast continued to see more closed sales, higher median prices, more new listings and an increase in pending inventory from a year ago year.

âThe Brevard housing market continued to post very strong gains in all categories compared to the same period last year,â said Jennifer McCoy of McCoy Freeman Real Estate.
