Natural Resource: Life Experience, Age equip Kurtz to serve both ends of the spectrum
Realtor Ron Kurtz with Ron Kurtz Realty Executives Premiere says he can work with any buyer or seller, but enjoys working with seniors and with first-time buyers.
“When you’re a first-time home buyer, there’s a lot of anxiety. There are a lot of things that worry you, sometimes emotions come into play, ”he said.
“I feel like I’m in a great position to have a positive influence on emotional control and to help them be aware of the things they really need to be looking for because they don’t know. “
Kurtz said buying a first home can be stressful, but he works hard to take that stress out.
“I really like to take them from the first meeting and guide them slowly and calmly through the process,” he said.
“I assure them that we will take it step by step and make it as painless as possible.
“When they get to the end, how happy it should be.”
Kurtz, who is 63, said he can understand a senior client’s perspective.
“Because I may be a little older than most average real estate agents, I work very naturally well with older people. Maybe they’re at a time when they need to downsize, or maybe they’re considering selling their home and moving to an assisted living facility, ”he said.
Kurtz said his life experience benefits first-time home buyers.
