SALISBURY, MD. “I said you know with all the knowledge that we have seen and heard about real estate and that you have to actually work on things that have to do with houses, which are very expensive and expensive, let’s see what we we can do to move this forward, ”said Natalie Saint-Phard, Director of Saintly Real Estate Solutions.

This is when Saintly Real Estate Solutions was born, a business started by Natalie Saint-Phard and her husband Ben.

The focus is on property management and helping financially struggling homeowners sell their homes quickly, which has become an even greater need with the moratoriums on evictions now expired. “So people see their situation differently, people are downsizing, people are moving out of cities and moving to the suburbs and different things,” Saint-Phard said.

This shift in the market is why experts say future homeowners need to start preparations early. “So now buyers’ readiness is very different than it used to be, because now you have to save xyz money in order to be in the best position to secure the home you want,” said the real estate agent Trenace. Josiah.

I am told that in the real estate world, money speaks.

Experts say if homeownership is someone’s ultimate goal… “It could mean you can’t live the way you used to. You might not eat Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts, or you might not eat all the time. Maybe you are starting to save more money. Instead of buying these things, you pay off a credit card or put extra money into your student loans, ”Josiah said.

As Saint-Phard continues on her way, in an industry where few people are alike, she says she wants to inspire others. “You can be scared, it’s good to be scared, but use it to motivate yourself,” Saint-Phard said. “Once people know a little bit more or they can see people like me who’s a mother, who’s a wife and someone who comes into the industry and says I want to tackle this , I want a piece of my cake for my family. I think other people would be encouraged to do the same.

I’m told real estate is an action-based business and Saint-Phard says she uses social media a lot as her biggest tool to market her business.

Saintly Real Estate Solutions also told 47ABC that there are expansion plans that include rental, construction, and multi-state offices in DMV and Florida.
