Intracoastal Realty recently announced the hiring of Daniel Gee and Elisa Tronicas at its Lumina Station office; Taylor Kirby Joins Barclay Pointe Office; and Elizabeth Vernon joins the Michelle Clark team at the company’s Wrightsville Beach office.
Gee moved to Wilmington in June 2019 to complete his academic career at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. As an Ohio native nervous about starting over in Wilmington from scratch, he immediately knew he had found his forever home. Gee enjoys visiting Wrightsville Beach, meeting new people downtown, and discovering the harbor city’s many hidden gems.

Gee started practicing real estate while attending school and knows the trials and tribulations of balancing many things in her life at once. He looks after everyone in his life with great care, diligence and respect. Gee is prepared, organized, detail-oriented and is never a stranger to meeting new people.
Tronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration in International Trade. She has worked for IBM for over 20 years and has held positions in corporate finance, service development and global parts logistics. She has a strong work ethic, the ability to listen and understand the needs of clients and the desire to help in any way achieve their goal.
Tronica has always had a passion for real estate and has helped many of her family and friends relocate to the Wilmington area.
Tronica is an avid reader, enjoys biking, playing tennis, having impromptu dance parties and of course going to the beach. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Growing up spending summers along the North Carolina coast, Kirby experienced the growth, diversification, and beautiful coastline of the greater Wilmington area. Kirby’s family is from Supply, NC
Kirby attended Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management, while working with Speedway Motorsports, Speedway Children’s Charities and Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC
Vernon has been helping clients, family and friends relocate to the Wilmington area since 2007. She enjoys meeting new people and is eager to go the extra mile to create an easy transition and experience in often complex real estate transactions.
When Vernon isn’t helping her real estate clients, she can work alongside her husband in their family business in Carolina Beach. In his spare time, Vernon is gardening or spending time with his three amazing daughters and two wonderful grandchildren.
