Mr. Pasquale joins Freshwater Investments with over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, Mr. Pasquale was responsible for acquisition and asset management responsibilities at Bristol Group, a national real estate investment and development firm focused on multi-family, industrial and self-storage opportunities in the United States. Prior to Bristol Group, Mr. Pasquale worked for Stanford University as part of a management team focused on its non-university real estate portfolio, which includes more than 14 million square feet of residential, office, R&D and retail space.
